Digital/Drawing - Tonal Value

Learning Colour/Tonal Value

The practical is to draw a portrait in the gray scale and use random colour to make this drawing happen. I tried drawing my character for animation. Still need to concept his out. It was entertaining to do this and then turn the gray scale off. I do prefer the neck up, the jacket needs more work. Before I didn't like it, as its too colourful and not my "style", but it gives an 60's vibe, so I'm happy with that, just not the jacket.



Maybe I should do my animation with an 60's vibe... Probably not of how much work I put into this one drawing.
