Greetings
So before our meeting I research how to be a good chairperson as I think I know how to be I really want to make my class proud of the work we produce. As recently I'm dealing with some personal issues with my partner, I don't want my team to be let down cause I'm focusing on that instead the project at hand.
Website I research, which is a DIY Committee Guide: https://www.diycommitteeguide.org/resource/characteristics-of-a-good-chairperson
So I have to make such that the meeting is flow-able that everyone has a say, as a class we do have a tenancy to wait to someone else talk. Either cause our ideas are what we think is not smart or that we are shy, but I'm going to try and bring people together and speck out. Not to such how to do that but will try different ways that could work like, anonymous voting when we come to a few decisions, write on the board random ideas people think of.
Ideas for community, was thinking when putting people into groups maybe have a main person as a talker as people are shy, and will be able to communicate better to rest of the groups in the committee. Also in group people can talk in a group bouncing ideas off each other rather than big group and no ideas are formed.
